In 2016, he led the multi-award winning Mercury rebrand, driving everything from brand strategy and visual identity development to CX design and marketing execution. Most recently he has been quietly revolutionising business marketing at Vodafone by reshaping brand strategy, and developing a more purpose-led value proposition and marketing programme.
After almost 20 years building and nurturing some of the biggest brands in the country, Ben decided to launch Brand with Soul - a boutique brand consultancy that helps businesses of all shapes and sizes develop brands that are truly purposeful and distinctive.
